The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is currently monitoring a tropical storm that the said weather bureau spotted outside of the Philippine area of responsibility.
Said storm will strengthen the “habagat” bringing inclement weather in Visayas and Mindanao. (Eagle News)
