According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the tropical storm “Jenny” continues to gather strength while at the same time slowing its movements, which according to the PAGASA will make it stay longer inside the Philippine area of responsibility.
“Jenny” affects the “habagat” in Visayas and Mindanao, bringing heavy rains in the said regions.
